Personnel Support Aviation Limited (PSA Ltd) is a private company that seeks to mitigate the impact of traumatic events on individuals, through the provision of traumatic incident support and peer support training services.

 

Who we are:

PSA Ltd is a private company that offers traumatic incident support and peer support training services to individuals, groups and organisations to enhance staff resilience pre- and post- traumatic situations.

The service is delivered in the UK and internationally.

This notice explains how PSA Ltd use your personal information in relation to PSA Ltd services.

We also work closely with partner organisations to provide traumatic incident support and peer support training services.  Partner organisations provide their own privacy notices which explain how they use your personal information.

 

How we use your information

We use your personal information to allow us to provide traumatic incident support or peer support training services to you.

We will use the information you supply to us to:

  • Reply to your enquiry by post, email, or telephone;

  • Maintain our records;

  • Provide services to you;

  • Send you information on our other services;

  • Look at the services you and other clients use; and

  • Report on the number of clients using our services.

 

What is our purpose & legal basis for processing your information?

We provide traumatic incident support and peer support training services to clients.

Where you have requested a service, we use your personal information to provide you with that service.

What happens if you do not wish to provide your personal information?

We process your personal information to provide training and support services to you.

If you do not wish to provide us with your personal information, this may limit our ability to provide these services to you.

Marketing communications

Where we have your consent to do so, we will send you information and updates about PSA Ltd. services. These updates may include information on events that we are holding and information about the training services that are available to you from us.

If you decide that you no longer wish to receive these messages then you can opt out of future communications. We will still communicate with you for other purposes in the ordinary course of any other relationship we have with you.

We are review our data retention policies on an annual basis and update our Privacy Notice regularly.

Where your information may be held internationally

The personal information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and processed, at a destination outside the European Economic Area.

Where this is the case, we ensure that the organisation processing the data provides an adequate level of protection for your rights, and complies with the conditions of data protection law set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
