Public courses; individual and group bookings:

Your place/s will be confirmed and course booklets issued on receipt of payment in full of the registration fee, by bank transfer/cheque no later than 2 weeks in advance of training.  Please note the fee is non-refundable but if you are unable to attend any of the training days, a place will be offered to you on the next course we run (an administration fee up to £70 per participant may be applied subject to non-refundable venue costs).

Organisation course bookings:

Your course will be confirmed when the dates are agreed between parties.  We aim to be as flexible as possible, but due to our commitments to staff and to allow us to deliver our training to clients, please note a cancellation/administration fee will be applied as follows: 

- for cancellations more than 1 month prior to the training dates, a refund will be made less an administration fee of %

- for cancellations made between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the training dates, a refund will be made less an administration fee of %

- for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the training dates, a refund of % will be made less an administration fee of %
